“A strong signature of history”
On 2 August 2025 the Kota edition of Dainik Bhaskar featured Dr. Jain in ‘Shakhsiyat’, its column on the city’s notable people. The headline summed up his work in one line: many of his books on history have been published for competitive exams. The column called him a strong signature (sashakt hastakshar) of history.
What the column says
The column notes that his books are written for candidates preparing for the administrative services and the many recruitment exams of the Rajasthan Public Service Commission, and that several have been translated into other languages. It mentions his years as head of history and as principal at the Commerce College in Kota, and his membership of the University of Kota’s Board of Management.
It closes with the Maharana Kumbha Award, given to him in 2009 by the Maharana Mewar Foundation for his outstanding contribution to history.
