Part two is about finding joy (ras) in your work. Through the story of three labourers building a church, the Rothschild banker and a dignified beggar, and the Buddha’s meeting with Angulimala, he argues that joy comes from being absorbed in the work rather than fixed on the result, from giving dignity to every kind of work, and from cooperation and compassion.
